Richard Levin to Present at Rocking Mountain Securities Law Conference


Richard B. Levin to represent the FinTech and Regulation Practice as a featured speaker at the 51st Annual Rocky Mountain Securities Conference. The event, which is co-sponsored by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), the Business Law Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants, brings together leading securities practitioners, regulators, and members of the academic community to discuss current issues in the regulation of cryptocurrencies.

The panel, which includes the SEC’s Senior Advisor for Digital Assets and Innovation and the Chief of the Cybercrime and National Security Section of the U.S. Department of Justice, will discuss the evolving legal landscape and enforcement issues arising from initial coin offerings and the use of cryptocurrency in the marketplace.
